Your privacy is fundamental to us. This privacy policy, in compliance with the GDPR, explains how the Glitterina application manages your data.

  1. Type of Data and Purposes The Glitterina app is designed to work primarily on your device (“on-device”), with the optional capability to sync via iCloud.

Personal Data: The app does not request or collect personal identification data (name, email, phone number, etc.). Product Data: The entered data (cosmetics names, expiration dates, brands) are stored in the local memory of your device using SwiftData technology. If you enable iCloud sync, the data will be securely transmitted and stored in your private iCloud space managed by Apple. Neither the developer nor third parties have access to this data. Legal Basis: Processing is necessary for the performance of the service requested by the user.

  1. Tracking and Cookies We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers (IDFA), third-party analysis tools, or tracking tools of any kind. Your behavior inside the app is not monitored.

  2. Local Notifications The app requests permission to send local notifications. These are managed entirely by the iOS operating system to alert you when products expire. They do not pass through external servers and do not involve sending personal data.

  3. Communication and Disclosure Since we do not collect data centrally, there is no possibility of selling, exchanging, or transferring your information to third parties. Your data remains on your device and, optionally, in your personal iCloud. We do not sell, share, or trade your personal information, in compliance with local privacy laws (including the California CCPA).

  4. Data Retention Data remains on your device or your iCloud space until you decide to delete it or uninstall the app. If you disable iCloud synchronization, local data will remain saved, and previously synchronized data will persist in your personal iCloud account managed by Apple until manual deletion.

  5. User Rights In compliance with the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or portability, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
